100% Organic coffee from Honduras South America. Premium quality, well know for its quality. As this is a single origin coffee, washed Arabica, grown and harvested using traditional methods and paying close attention to its ecological surroundings, especially the wildlife in the area. When you know, it is from a coffee farmer who understands the importance of protecting our environment. This coffee has very clean taste in the cup, have hints of flavour. It has slightly higher acidity because of its Arabica content but does not affect its overall enjoyment. Cupping notes: Sweet notes of chamomile, lemon and pear which are well-balanced resulting medium body coffee.
